Product Registration for Extended Warranty

	Conditions of Extended Warranty:
1	The extended warranty applies only to the homeowner who purchased the product and is non-transferable.
2	The unit is installed in a single family owner occupied residence.
3	The unit must be registered within 90 days after the original installation date. (Proof of date of installation may be required).

This coil is covered by the ADP Standard 5 Year Limited Warranty. Your registration does not meet the conditions of the Extended Warranty promotion outlined below:
